On an assigned file, this is the clock Encore works to. These are targets for the paperwork and the file, not a promise of when a truck arrives.
What the early record includes
- About 1 hour: access to the project file
- About 24 hours: an initial report and budgets, with thermal imaging in the photo summary
- About 72 hours: floor plans of the affected areas, a photo log, moisture documentation, and where the equipment was placed
- About 14 days: repair breakdowns
Response on an assigned file is 24/7. The order of the work is stabilize, assess, recover, then rebuild. What gets written down depends on the loss. An inspection-only assignment is not the same as a full dry-out.
Why the order matters
Equipment that goes in before anyone has mapped the wet areas is hard to explain later. A budget that shows up before the first photos is a guess. The 72-hour set is there so the people paying for the work can see cause, extent, and what is running on site, while there is still time to change the plan.
